IT’S BECOME APPARENT THAT CARPENTRY LABOUR HIRE HAS A NEGATIVE REPUTATION IN QUEENSLAND. HERE AT BD BUILDING MANAGEMENT QLD WE’RE CHANGING THAT OPINION ONE CLIENT AT A TIME.
Predominantly trading as a carpentry company, BDBM QLD has built a team of carpenters on our own projects which our day labour clients are also benefiting from. There are many pro’s and also some con’s with using labour hire for your carpentry needs. But what sets BDBM QLD apart from its competition in the 3 major Australian cities and New Zealand?
- Every BD carpenter that we send out to our valued clients has to be up to the standard of working on a BDBM QLD site. Our carpenters aren’t just a number like they are in a traditional labour hire company and we understand the skill level a Brisbane builder needs.
- A comprehensive tool set is a requirement for all BDBM QLD carpenters. You will never get a carpenter turning up with just a hammer and a belt. We pride ourselves on our set up.
- We monitor our rates against the industry to make sure we’re always competitive. We want our clients to gain value on site through increased productivity and workmanship, but not have to break the bank to get this.
- We’re building a great team of local carpenters. Understanding the Brisbane way of building is extremely important to us.
Beneficial Factors
Full Covered
You don’t have to worry about paying Superannuation for any of our carpenters, we have it all covered. Along with stringent work health & safety policies for all of our carpenters, they are fully insured and safe to start right away.
Flexibility
All of our carpenters are flexible allowing you to pick when and where for how long. We market test each carpenter for assured quality and sufficient experience before they step foot on your site. We can offer more carpenters during your project if more labour is required. Also if you wish to expand the workforce we can provide extra carpenters to deliver your projects ahead of schedule if required.
Our Speciality
We are not a general labour hire company who tries to do it all. We specialise in carpentry and our carpenters have the skills, qualifications and experience you need to get the job completed correctly first time. As part of our service we include excellent management of our operations ranging between small residential builds, renovations and large commercial projects. Our carpenters will turn up on site ready to hit the ground running.
Transparency
There are no hidden costs for admin or payroll fees. The price we charge is the complete package per hour for each carpenter on site per project.
Joinery
Need additional Joinery to complete your build? We have carpenters are ready and able to complete all forms of joinery on request.
Our Speciality
Tamborine Mountain College – Midson
“We started using BD Building Management on one of our priced projects and were very impressed with the quality of their carpenters and as a company in general. Because of this success we have now started using BD for all of our carpentry labour and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of carpenters they provide is not like what I have ever received from a labour hire company in Brisbane before and they have been a game changer for us a company.”
